Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) in the Ed-Tech sector, based in Bengaluru. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients and partners, and implementing strategies to expand the organization's reach. Responsibilities include market analysis, lead generation, pitching services, developing proposals, and driving revenue growth. The role also includes close collaboration with internal teams to align business development initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Business development skills including market analysis, lead generation, client relationship management, and revenue growth strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills for pitching and negotiating partnerships
- Proficiency in organizational and project management to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Experience in the Ed-Tech or clinical research industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and deliver results
