Job Title: Business Development Manager - Global Digital Sales (SEO/Advertising)

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Digital Sales, SEO/Advertising Sales, or Business Development within the Digital Marketing Industry.

Role SummaryWe are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive significant revenue growth by selling our SEO, Digital Marketing, and Online Advertising solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of international lead generation and closing deals across diverse markets, including the Indian domestic market and key international territories such as the UK, US, and Gulf countries (UAE, KSA, etc.).

This role requires a unique blend of digital marketing knowledge, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to forge strong, long-term client relationships.

  • International & Domestic Business Development (Lead Generation & Sales)
  • Targeted Prospecting: Strategically identify, qualify, and target new business opportunities for Digital Marketing, SEO, and Online Advertising services in both the Indian domestic market and international regions (UK, US, Gulf).
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process from initial contact, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, to deal closure.
  • Outbound Expertise: Develop and execute multi-channel outbound lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling (especially LinkedIn), and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Revenue Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for new client acquisition.
  • Digital Solution Consulting & Pitching
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, marketing challenges, and competitor landscape.
  • Solution Tailoring: Utilize a strong understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical), PPC/SEM, Social Media Advertising, and Content Marketing to create and present customized, value-driven digital solutions.
  • Presentation & Proposal: Prepare compelling sales presentations, detailed proposals, and comprehensive SOWs (Statements of Work) that articulate the ROI and technical execution plan.
  • Market Strategy & Reporting
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, and competitor activities within the target international markets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, client information, and all sales activities within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Delivery and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and successful project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of demonstrable experience in a B2B sales/business development role within a Digital Marketing Agency or a similar industry selling SEO, SEM, or Advertising services.
  • Global Market Acumen: Proven experience in generating leads and closing sales in the Indian domestic market as well as international markets, specifically the UK, US, and/or Gulf countries.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of core digital marketing disciplines, especially SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Paid Advertising.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and key decision-makers across different cultures.
  • Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a demonstrated ability to work independently to achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
