- Acquire new clients and generate business within assigned territory
- Manage and grow existing accounts for repeat business
- Identify prospects, evaluate requirements, and propose suitable solutions
- Handle end-to-end tender process (including GeM) and bid submissions
- Lead negotiations and close deals
- Ensure smooth order execution, coordination, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure timely collections
- Generate additional revenue from existing customers
Key Requirements:
- Experience in B2B / Government / Institutional sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Target-driven with ability to manage multiple accounts
