Job Description

  • Acquire new clients and generate business within assigned territory
  • Manage and grow existing accounts for repeat business
  • Identify prospects, evaluate requirements, and propose suitable solutions
  • Handle end-to-end tender process (including GeM) and bid submissions
  • Lead negotiations and close deals
  • Ensure smooth order execution, coordination, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure timely collections
  • Generate additional revenue from existing customers

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B / Government / Institutional sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Target-driven with ability to manage multiple accounts

Budget: Upto 5 Lpa + Fuel reimbursement + Incentives
