Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage a team of agency leaders and agents.
- Ensure recruitment targets for agency leaders and agents are exceeded.
- Maintain compliance with IRDA guidelines.
- Enhance agent and financial executive capabilities and performance.
- Support sales promotion activities and overall agency operations.

- 2 years of Agency sales experience.
Qualifications
Academic Qualifications: Minimum Graduation required; MBA is preferred.
Experience: Over all experience of 2-6 years with management and sales experience.
Mandatory -
- 2+ Years in agency channel sales (Insurance domain preferred)
- Team handling experience (Managing Agents or Agency Leaders)
- Strong selling skills and relationship building ability
- Capability to coach, mentor and drive team performance.
- Resilience, Discipline and result Oriented Mindset
