Primary Job Title (standardized): Business Development Executive (US Shift) Hybrid (India)

About The Opportunity

We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive outbound sales and new client acquisition for the US market. This role operates on a US shift (overlap with US business hours) and blends remote work with regular office days. You will own prospecting, qualification, and handoff to delivery teams while meeting monthly revenue and pipeline targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute proactive outbound outreach (calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn) to build a qualified pipeline targeting US decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert prospects into sales opportunities through consultative discovery and value-based positioning.
  • Manage and update CRM records to track pipeline stages, activities, and forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Operations to scope solutions, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly KPIs: meetings booked, pipeline value, and closed revenue targets.
  • Provide market feedback and win/loss insights to refine messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for the US verticals.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development focused on US clients
  • Fluent spoken and written English with strong US cultural/business communication
  • Experience with CRM tools: Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Proficiency in outbound techniques: cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
  • Comfortable working US shift hours and hybrid office schedule

Preferred

  • Experience selling workforce solutions, remote staffing, or freelance marketplace services
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach.io, SalesLoft)
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis
