We run on-site delivery centres in India and partner with sales, operations and marketing teams to convert high-intent leads into long-term customers.
We are hiring a high-energy Business Development Executive for an on-site night shift role to drive outbound sales, qualify leads, and close new business in a fast-paced sales environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach and LinkedIn engagement to build a qualified sales pipeline during night shift hours.
- Qualify leads, schedule client meetings/demos for account managers, and progress opportunities through CRM stages to closure.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs including number of qualified leads, demos scheduled and deals closed.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, update pipeline forecasts, and prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to tailor proposals, price quotes and onboarding plans for new clients.
- Participate in shift handovers and continuous-improvement initiatives to refine scripts, outreach sequences and objection-handling playbooks.
