Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven BDE Trainees who are willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar and build a career in sales and business development. The role involves lead generation, client communication, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Identify potential clients and pitch company services
- Maintain daily call and lead reports
- Support the sales team in closing deals
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi; Tamil for Coimbatore candidates is a plus)
- Willingness to relocate to Bhubaneswar
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools
- Interest in sales/marketing
