Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Cannanore with some flexibility to work from home. As a Business Development Executive (BDE), the responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting travel packages to potential customers. The BDE will contribute to sales strategies, conduct market research, negotiate with partners, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the travel planning process. Collaboration with internal teams and achieving sales targets are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and close deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on negotiation and client relationship management.
- Marketing and promotional experience, including creating and presenting travel packages to clients.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis for identifying trends and potential growth areas.
- High level of organization, time management, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools and multilingual skills (preferably local and international languages) are a plus.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field.
