Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi for a Business Development Executive (BDE). The BDE will focus on driving business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating effective sales strategies. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the BDE will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring long-term business success. The role involves market research, prospecting potential clients, preparing presentations, and negotiating deals to meet sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and maintain client engagement.
- Proficiency in market research, sales strategies, and negotiation.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivation to work in a target-driven environment and achieve business growth objectives.
- Understanding of digital solutions such as AI/ML technologies, Cloud & DevSecOps, and Blockchain services is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
