About The Opportunity
A role in the fragrance and consumer-packaged-goods (CPG) sector focused on sales, distribution and retail expansion across India. The position sits within a manufacturing and supply chain environment delivering scented products and fragrance ingredients to both B2B and retail customers. This is an on-site night-shift sales role responsible for driving revenue, distributor engagement and order fulfilment across targeted territories.
Primary title: Business Development Executive Night Shift
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive new business through outbound calling and targeted night-shift customer outreach to distributors, retailers and institutional buyers.
- Qualify leads, convert enquiries into confirmed orders and consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs for the night shift.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records for leads, opportunities, orders and follow-ups; ensure pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics and accounts teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination and payment follow-up.
- Build and nurture distributor and retailer relationships to expand distribution footprint, improve shelf placement and upsell product ranges.
- Capture market and competitor intelligence, share customer feedback and suggest product/market improvements to commercial teams.
