Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) during the night shift, located in Bengaluru. The BDE will research and identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, establish relationships with potential clients, and maintain effective communication with existing clients. The role also involves preparing sales reports, meeting targets, and supporting the company's efforts to expand into both domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in professional business communication
• Basic knowledge of market research, lead generation, and sales strategies
• Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work efficiently during night shifts
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in international markets or exports is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
