We operate in a fast-moving sales environment where on-site teams in India drive customer acquisition and revenue through targeted outbound outreach and pipeline creation.
Primary role (standardized title): Lead Generation Specialist On-site, India
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-funnel B2B lead generation using LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and targeted cold-email campaigns to build a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Research and develop targeted prospect lists across verticals; segment accounts and prioritize outreach using firmographics and intent signals.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against agreed criteria, capture accurate lead data, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain CRM hygienelog activities, update lead stages, and ensure accurate contact records in Salesforce/HubSpot.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, sequences, and cadences; run A/B tests to improve response and conversion rates.
- Track and report key KPIs (leads generated, conversion rates, meetings booked); provide actionable insights to improve pipeline velocity.
