This is an on-site sales role based in India focused on scaling consulting engagements and commercial partnerships.
Role: Business Development Executive Consulting Services (On-site, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition for consulting services through proactive outbound prospecting and qualification of inbound leads.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery calls, solution framing, proposal/RFP responses, pricing, negotiation, and handover to delivery teams.
- Maintain and update CRM-based pipeline, prepare accurate forecasts, and convert opportunities into booked engagements.
- Execute personalised outreach using LinkedIn, email sequences and event/partner channels to build and nurture a high-quality prospect list.
- Collaborate with practice leads to develop commercial proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs) and client-facing collateral that reflect value and ROI.
- Continuously refine messaging, capture market intelligence, and work to meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline KPIs.
