Key Result Areas:
- Sound knowledge of the IT services and experience of having worked in the IT Software International Market
- Responsible for developing and driving business strategy, identifying opportunities, and qualifying leads while consistently closing business on a monthly/quarterly basis in order to meet or exceed targets
- Responsible for Bidding, Various Sales tools & online platform
- To identify and develop new markets
- To qualify leads, lead and motivate team to achieve targets
- Exposure on business development cycle for IT Sales and strong
- Generate proposals / contracts for clients and ensure compliance with help of Pre-sales
- Active participation in campaigns design and execution
- Managing relations with new and existing clients base and generating repeat business
Requirement:
- Should have 1 year of experience in Business Development minimum with the international market experienced candidates, for fresher only good communication is required.
