We are hiring on behalf of a leading Interior Architecture & Design Studio for a dynamic and client-focused role in Sales & Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, referrals, and social media
- Understand client requirements (budget, scope, location) and provide tailored solutions
- Present design services confidently in client meetings
- Collaborate with the design team on proposals and quotations
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and timely deal closures
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client database
- Represent the brand during meetings, site visits, and events
Who We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in sales/business development (Interior Design / Architecture / Real Estate preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized professional
- Familiarity with Delhi NCR market
- Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email communication
