Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) Freshers at Hindustan Recruitment, located in Delhi. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work night shifts
- Experience is not required but will be an advantage
