Business Development Executive to join a high-energy on-site sales team in India. This is a frontline sales position ideal for freshers who are goal-driven and eager to build a career in B2B sales and lead generation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads through cold-calling, email outreach, and social prospecting.
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure an accurate, active pipeline and sales activity tracking.
- Book qualified meetings and product demo appointments for senior sales representatives and account executives.
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns, nurture MQLs, and convert them into SQLs.
- Hit weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, emails, qualified leads) and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Continuously learn product features, value propositions, and objection-handling techniques to improve conversion rates.
