Job Description

A fast-growing company in the Customer Experience & Cloud Communications sector seeking entry-level sales talent to join an on-site business development team. This role focuses on new client acquisition, outbound prospecting, and supporting revenue growth across India.

Primary title: Business Development Executive (Fresher)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Initiate high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to qualify and generate new leads from assigned target lists.
  • Manage and update leads, activities, and pipeline stages in the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and follow-up.
  • Conduct product demos or coordinate with product teams to schedule discovery calls for qualified prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound inquiries and execute targeted campaigns for account acquisition.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and qualified-lead targets; escalate key opportunities to senior sales for closure.
  • Track competitive intelligence and customer feedback to refine outreach messaging and improve conversion rates.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Fluent verbal and written English
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and email outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM usage and updating pipeline records
  • Basic prospecting skills including lead research and qualification
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn sales processes and tools
  • Ability to work on-site across standard office hours in India

Preferred

  • Internship or project experience in sales, telecalling, or customer outreach
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
  • Familiarity with any CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
