This role sits at the heart of our commercial engine — driving pipeline, building trusted client relationships, and scaling revenue through consultative selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close net-new B2B client deals across verticals including IT services, logistics, education, and healthcare — primarily via outbound and inbound channels.
- Own full sales cycle: from cold outreach → discovery calls → demo coordination → proposal → negotiation → contract closure — hitting monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Partner with Marketing & Product teams to align messaging, create case studies, and refine value propositions based on buyer feedback and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify whitespace opportunities and position Mindtel's offerings competitively.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce) and report pipeline health, win/loss trends, and conversion metrics weekly.
- Participate in sales enablement workshops, product training, and team strategy sessions to continuously sharpen consultative selling skills.
