Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive (BDE) Fresher. The BDE will identify and reach out to potential clients, establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and develop business strategies to meet sales targets. Responsibilities will include conducting market research, creating marketing plans, assisting in lead generation, and regularly updating prospective clients about CliniLaunch's services and offerings. The role also involves collaborating with teams and contributing to the overall growth of the institute.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships and presenting services effectively
- Basic understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- A proactive approach and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Holding a degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred
- Passion for business development and an interest in the clinical research industry
