Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic
Business Development Executive (Fresher) who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong career in sales and client acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through various platforms (LinkedIn, calls, emails, etc.)
- Reach out to potential clients and explain company services/products
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly
- Assist in client meetings and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
- Prepare reports on lead generation and sales activities
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing
- Confidence in speaking with clients
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

- Prior internship experience (preferred but not mandatory)
