Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong career in sales and client acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various platforms (LinkedIn, calls, emails, etc.)
  • Reach out to potential clients and explain company services/products
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly
  • Assist in client meetings and presentations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
  • Prepare reports on lead generation and sales activities

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing
  • Confidence in speaking with clients
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Final Year Students can apply
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Prior internship experience (preferred but not mandatory)
