About the Opportunity
Join our dynamic team in the Sales & Customer Acquisition sector, specializing in telemarketing and high-volume lead conversion for B2B and B2C markets. As a Telesales Executive, you will drive revenue growth through targeted outbound outreach, quota-driven selling, and effective CRM management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate pipeline and meet sales targets.
- Qualify leads using structured discovery and manage opportunities in the CRM.
- Deliver product demonstrations and tailored value propositions to secure appointments or sales.
- Negotiate pricing, close transactions, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare sales reports; collaborate with marketing to enhance lead quality.
- Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and provide feedback for messaging improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Proven track record in telesales or inside sales with measurable quota achievement.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with strong CRM hygiene discipline.
- Experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and closing techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills.
- Familiarity with telemarketing compliance and Do-Not-Call regulations in India.
- Comfortable working on-site under KPI-driven targets.
Preferred:
- Experience selling SaaS, financial services, or subscription-based products.
- Knowledge of CRM automation and call-dialer tools.
- Multilingual ability to engage diverse customer segments.
