Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Executive who can identify, generate and onboard new clients for our digital marketing services. This role is for someone who enjoys talking to prospects, understands client pain points and can convert conversations into paying customers.

You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, closing deals and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Minimum experience required is 2 years in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing or related services.

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead Identification & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients for digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, branding, websites and performance marketing
  • Research startups, SMEs, founders and decision-makers using LinkedIn, email, databases and other tools
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Understand the client's business model and growth challenges before pitching

2.Lead Generation and Outreach

  • Execute outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn messages and other channels
  • Craft personalised messages based on the prospect's industry and needs
  • Follow up consistently and professionally until a clear outcome is achieved
  • Maintain daily outreach activity discipline even when responses are low

3.Client Pitch & Need Analysis

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, budgets and expectations
  • Clearly explain our digital marketing services in simple business language
  • Recommend the right service mix instead of pushing everything blindly
  • Position our company as a long-term growth partner, not a cheap vendor
