Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing client relationships. Responsibilities include effectively managing accounts, maintaining client satisfaction, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business growth. The role also requires excellent collaboration and communication with team members and stakeholders to drive success.
Qualifications
Apart from English one language is mandatory from below- Marathi/Telgu/Kannada/Tamil/Malayam
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities
- Proficiency in Account Management to foster and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong skills in Business and Communication to support strategic initiatives and project management
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills to identify and overcome challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
