Role Overview

We are looking forhigh-energy, result-oriented sales professionalsto drive growth for ourfinancial products marketplace MIDASX. This is ahardcore B2B field sales rolewhere you will work closely withMutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), IFAs, and Wealth Managers helping themadopt the platform, expand their offerings, and generate business across multiple financial products.

The role requiresdaily in-person meetings, strong relationship management, and aggressive target-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meetexisting partners (MFDs/IFAs)anddrive cross-sellof financial products available on the MIDASX marketplace to generate consistent GMV
  • Identify, approach, and onboardnew Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), IFAs, and Wealth Managersand activate them on the platform
  • Conductdaily physical meetingswith distributors for demos, onboarding, and business activation
  • Drive sales ofLoans, FDs, Bonds, Unlisted Shares, MLD's and other financial productsthrough distributor networks
  • Build strong relationships and enable partners togrow their revenue using the platform
  • Achievemonthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintaindaily activity tracking, meeting logs, and pipeline updates
  • Conductproduct training, demos, and onboarding sessions
  • Identifynew business opportunitiesand expand distribution reach in your territory
  • Collaborate withproduct, marketing, and operations teamsto improve partner experience and drive adoption
  • With 15 years of experience in B2B financial distribution sales, with a strong grasp of financial products and the broader distribution ecosystem, including exposure to WealthTech or marketplace platforms being a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets through field sales, backed by strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

Mandatory Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

Prior experience working with Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) isstrictly mandatory

Candidatesmust have hands-on experience in managing, selling to, or working closely with MFDs/IFAs in a B2B setup.
