Roles & Responsibilities:
- Track and connect with the building owners in the given vicinity/micro market.
- Be active on the ground and source brown field inventory as per company requirements.
- Track, analyze, scout and convert the prospects into Colive brown field as well as built to suit partners
- Onboard properties and complete the process to make them Live by ensuring documentation, also coordinating with transformation and sales teams in the process.
- Make sure to provide all partners/ building owners with the needed information about Colive and ensure agreements are executed in a time bound manner.
- Assessing opportunities to acquire new inventory, market research on pricing and competition analysis.
- Making sure to capture the proper details as per the company requirements and achieve mandated signings.
Requirements:
- MBA preferably with min 5+ years of experience in property acquisition
- Should be from IPC or hotel/ coliving acquisition background
- Personal vehicle or 2 wheelers is a must.
- Fluency in local language will be preferred.
