As a Business Development Executive at MantraCare, you'll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and expanding our corporate partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B clients in target markets.
- Pitch MantraCare's EAP and wellness solutions to HR and business leaders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize client engagement.
- Track and report performance metrics using CRM and outreach tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented mind-set.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong interest in HR tech, employee wellbeing, and corporate wellness.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility and ownership.
