Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2 years of experience to drive business growth for our Project Management Consultancy services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle in infrastructure, construction, and real estate projects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in PMC, construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry connections
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, and consultants
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and tender documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams (projects, engineering, finance) for proposal inputs
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM records
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
  • Support in pre-bid meetings, RFQs, and RFP submissions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
