The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle in infrastructure, construction, and real estate projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in PMC, construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry connections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, and consultants
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and tender documents
- Coordinate with internal teams (projects, engineering, finance) for proposal inputs
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Track and manage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM records
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
- Support in pre-bid meetings, RFQs, and RFP submissions
