Job Description

Resposibilities:

  • Level L2 Support preferably in 4-10 years range; Good knowledge in Software Engineering and concepts, SDLC and ITSM processes knoedge, Hands-on coding, debugging skills and good communication Skills.

Tech Skills

  • Any object oriented programming experience (Java or C++ or Python, etc)
  • Unix/ Linux commands and scripting experience
  • SQL QUERYING. Stored procedures coding & debugging experience, Erase/Cursors
  • Database experience
