What You'll Do

We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join a Finance Analyst position in
BCG X to support our fast-growing global business model.

In this role you'll work as part of the BCG X Delivery Finance team, supporting BCG X Delivery
leaders in managing our global business units and scaling our near-shore X Build AP capability
hubs in India.

Main responsibilities include:

• Working as a team member of the BCG X Delivery Finance team in India, being a point-of contact for some of our BCG X leaders and other stakeholders managing our global X
  Delivery business units and X Build AP hubs, providing advice in financial matters and being the liaison between stakeholders and broader BCG X Finance team in the region and globally
• Financial analysis and reporting business results, having an up-to-date view on business
  performance and outlook vs financial plan
• Pipeline management support for BCG X leaders, facilitation of pipeline monitoring and
  related reporting, validation of wins and assessment of impact on business outlook
• Contribution to the annual financial planning as part of the BCG X Delivery Finance team
• Management of risk exposure across our project portfolio in close collaboration with BCG
  and BCG X Finance teams
• Supporting the broader BCG X Delivery Finance team with various finance ops matters

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Business
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced business
• Proficiency in using core financial tools (e.g. advanced Excel, SAP Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau) and PowerPoint
• Experience in professional services environment is a plus
