Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, India, for a BCCI Certified Head Coach at Stoik Sports Cricket Academy. The Head Coach will develop and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to athletes of different levels, mentor young cricketers, assess player performance, and implement improvement plans. Additionally, the role requires coordination with academy staff to ensure the smooth functioning of training schedules, events, and tournaments. Maintaining discipline, motivating players, and fostering a professional sporting environment are integral to the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in cricket coaching, with a valid BCCI Level 1 coaching certification, is essential for the role.
• Skills in planning and executing training programs, player development, assessing performance, and creating growth-focused strategies.
• Excellent communication abilities, leadership qualities, and experience mentoring young athletes.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to coordinate training schedules and manage cricket academy operations effectively.
• Familiarity with sports technology tools and performance analysis is an advantage.
• Passion for cricket, with the ability to inspire and motivate players towards achieving excellence.
• Previous coaching experience, preferably with a cricket academy, club team, or professional players.
