As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering financial analysis and insights that help business leaders make informed decisions. This role serves as a trusted partner to business and finance stakeholders by translating financial data into clear, actionable insights and meaningful stories that drive performance and improvement.
Our Team
You will be part of Molex India Business Services – Finance Reporting, working closely with Business Finance Leads and cross-functional partners. The team focuses on delivering high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and insights that support decision-making across the business.
What You Will Do
- Drive business decisions by delivering insightful financial reports and analysis
- Identify trends, variances, and performance drivers across income statements and financial data
- Translate complex financial data into clear, descriptive, and prescriptive commentaries for stakeholders
- Partner with Business Finance Leads to identify opportunities and support value creation
- Support visual and data-driven analysis through dashboards and analytics solutions
- Collaborating with other teams and supporting transformation.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce (M. Com), or MBA in Finance
- 2–4 years of experience in finance reporting, FP&A, or finance and accounting roles
- Expertise in financial analysis, including income statement analysis, variance analysis, and performance summaries
- Proficiency in SAP FI, SAP BW, and financial consolidation environments
- Ability to clearly communicate financial insights with integrity and professionalism
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with consolidation tools such as BPC, OneStream, or CFIN
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization for analytics dashboards
- Exposure to basic SQL and database management skills
