Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in West Bengal for a Battery Swapping Operations Head.
- The role involves overseeing and managing daily battery swapping operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
- Responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, managing teams, planning budgets, and executing targets.
- The candidate will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the battery-swapping ecosystem and support the expansion of electric vehicle infrastructure.
- Will streamline the operations and maximize efficiency to generate maximum revenue per battery and coordinating with CEO if any alterations or options needs to be explore.
- Hire a BD team who can scale the business and make it EBITDA and PAT positive in next 6 months.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations Management with expertise in overseeing daily processes and identifying improvement areas.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating operational performance and decision-making.
- Experience in Team Management, including leading and mentoring teams to achieve operational goals.
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in Budgeting, including planning, monitoring, and optimizing costs effectively.
- Familiarity with EV infrastructure operations and a background in clean energy solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
