Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender located in Kochi. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, ensuring a high level of customer service. Daily tasks include creating drink lists, mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails, serving beverages promptly and professionally, and handling cash transactions. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, and adhering to all safety and sanitation policies.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Bartending skills and knowledge of beverage preparation
- Food & Beverage service skills
- Experience with Cash Handling
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local and international drink recipes
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
