Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including inventory management of drinks, garnishes, and supplies
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, suggest drinks, and handle queries
- Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar equipment
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws and company policies
- Assist in stocking, ordering, and checking inventory regularly
- Collaborate with team members for smooth bar operations and events
- Keep up-to-date with trends in cocktails, mixology, and bar presentation
Requirements
- Minimum 23 years of experience as a Bartender in premium bars or lounges
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and positive attitude
- Knowledge of bar hygiene, safety standards, and inventory management
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and during events
