About:

Join our team as a Coffee Barista and gain hands-on experience in coffee making and customer service. Learn brewing techniques, prepare beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain equipment and cleanliness. Passion for coffee, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

This is primarily for our new location in Alibag (Alibaug).

Role Overview:

The Barista represents Aeka's Coffee on the floor and is responsible for delivering consistently high-quality beverages along with a warm, confident customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee and beverages as per defined SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar
• Interact confidently with customers and explain the menu
• Multitask and follow instructions accurately.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards
• Participate actively in training and skill development programs

• Willingness to learn, improve, and take feedback positively
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Friendly, calm, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina for standing and lifting moderate weights.

Preferred Candidate:

• Previous customer service or food service experience.
• Knowledge of coffee beans and flavors.
• Familiarity with different coffee equipment.
• Spoken English
• 6 days per week
