Goldrush sports coffee is a subsidary of woap and is looking at expanding across asia setting up shops and kiosks across these markets . We are looking at a solid founding team to lead the way .

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Bengaluru. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and food items, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the workspace. The role also involves engaging with customers, managing orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista and Food Preparation skills, with an ability to make a variety of beverages and food items
• Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal skills to ensure a positive guest experience
• Effective Communication skills to interact and engage with customers and team members
• Attention to detail while maintaining work quality and a clean environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends

• Ability to work early shifts as we are a early to rise coffee brand ( 6 am onwards )
