Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Bengaluru.
- Managing the bar station
- calibrating espresso and brews
- mentoring junior baristas on speed, quality, and technique.
Qualifications
- Barista and Food Preparation skills to create and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills to create a welcoming and positive experience for customers
- Effective Communication skills to engage with customers and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is a plus
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about brewing techniques and products
