Barista

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Bengaluru.

1. Managing the bar station
2. calibrating espresso and brews
3. mentoring junior baristas on speed, quality, and technique.

Qualifications

• Barista and Food Preparation skills to create and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
• Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills to create a welcoming and positive experience for customers
• Effective Communication skills to engage with customers and team members
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is a plus
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about brewing techniques and products
