Barista

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista, based in Hyderabad. The Barista will handle daily coffee preparation, including brewing beverages and assembling menu items with precision. Responsibilities also include managing customer orders, operating coffee-making equipment, adhering to hygiene standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional tasks may include maintaining clean work areas, tracking inventory, and assisting in promotional activities for new products.

• Proficiency in brewing techniques, preparing coffee-based beverages, and operating coffee machines
• Customer service skills, including the ability to handle orders, interact with customers, and maintain a friendly attitude
• Knowledge of product inventory management, workspace hygiene, and food safety regulations
• Strong communication, team collaboration abilities, and a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience
• Prior experience in a caf or similar setting is a plus but not mandatory, as training can be provided
• Punctuality, attention to detail, and a passion for coffee and customer satisfaction
