Role Description

This is a part-time/full time, on-site role for a Barista at TINTO Coffeehouse in Bengaluru. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and light food items, ensuring quality and excellent presentation. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with orders, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing inventory, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the TINTO experience. As part of the TINTO team, you may also participate in coffee tasting and educational sessions.

Qualifications

• Barista skills, including coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, and manual brewing expertise
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to create a warm and welcoming environment for customers
• Good communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and customers
• Basic knowledge and experience in food preparation
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in coffee culture and a passion for delivering exceptional craft coffee experiences
• Prior experience in a caf or hospitality environment is a plus
