Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Stewards cum Barista position. The role involves preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization, providing exceptional customer service, managing food preparation, and ensuring smooth operations within the caf. The individual will also be responsible for assisting with customer interactions and ensuring a welcoming environment in line with the company's vision for hospitality excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Barista skills and Food Preparation
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
- Experience and aptitude in providing outstanding Customer Service
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
