Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based at The Bread Bar in Mumbai. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffees, teas, and bakery beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Daily responsibilities include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for simple café items, and maintaining a clean and organized work station. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and providing attentive customer service. The Barista will also support restocking, coordinating with the bakery team, and contributing to a friendly, efficient café atmosphere.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Barista skills, including beverage preparation and familiarity with coffee and tea equipment.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and handle orders effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
