Description

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area
• Interact with customers to provide excellent service and recommend menu items
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-10 years of experience in a coffee shop or restaurant environment
• Proficient in operating coffee machines and brewing equipment
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Knowledge of different coffee types and brewing methods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
