Barista

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in our Vegan cafe in Bandra East . The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food, maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment for guests. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing Vegan dishes, coffee. tea and juices , maintaining cleanliness , hygiene and methodical stock keeping + inventory management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills and food preparation techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers and team members
• Excellent customer service abilities to create a welcoming and positive experience for all guests
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Prior work experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high quality and hygiene standards
• A passion for coffee, food, and hospitality is highly desirable
