Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and workspace.
• Interact with customers to take orders and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance barista skills.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a coffee shop or caf environment.
• Proficient in operating coffee machines and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and drink preparation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends in coffee preparation.
