Barista
Location: Cafe, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad
Reports to: Beverage Consultant
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
1. Coffee & Beverage Preparation
Prepare espresso-based drinks, manual brews, cold brews, and signature beverages
according to Caf Melange recipes and quality standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and service.
Assist in developing seasonal or experimental drinks under supervision.
2. Customer Interaction
Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, professional communication.
Guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, and ensure a positive
experience.
Handle orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Equipment & Station Management
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools.
Clean and restock stations regularly throughout the shift.
Report maintenance needs or issues immediately.
5. Brand Representation
Uphold Caf values warmth, craft, and creativity in every interaction.
Participate in training sessions, tastings, and workshops to grow coffee knowledge.
Requirements
Prior experience as a barista (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of coffee preparation and caf service.
Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
Flexibility with shifts, weekends, and rush hours.
