La Folie operates boutiques across Mumbai, offering gourmet chocolate, coffee, and desserts, including La Folie Lab, La Folie Du Chocolat, and La Folie Factory Café. Visitors can also explore the bean-to-bar process through immersive factory tours and culinary workshops.

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Mumbai. As a Barista at La Folie, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, maintain the cleanliness of the café, and ensure excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include taking and fulfilling orders, educating customers about menu offerings, assisting with inventory and supplies, and contributing to a welcoming ambiance for all customers.

• Experience in coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and latte art
• Customer service and communication skills to provide an exceptional guest experience
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Teamwork, multitasking abilities, and a friendly attitude
• Passion for coffee, beverages, and culinary arts
• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar café environment is an asset
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of specialty chocolates and desserts is a plus
