Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam. As a Barista at Kaapi Street, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring every customer has a delightful experience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness, recommending menu items, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in food preparation tasks. You will contribute to a welcoming environment where customer satisfaction is a top priority.

Qualifications

• Barista skills, including coffee preparation and knowledge of brewing techniques
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to ensure a welcoming environment
• Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with customers
• Experience in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role or certification in hospitality is a plus
