Position: Coffee Barista & Cashier Counter Sales

Location - South Mumbai

Objective

To deliver an exceptional coffee experience by preparing quality beverages, managing counter sales, handling cash/accounts, and ensuring smooth caf operations.

Responsibilities

1. Coffee & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve coffee and specialty coffee-based drinks as per caf standards.
• Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.
• Maintain equipment and follow standard brewing practices.

2. Customer Service & Counter Sales

• Welcome guests warmly and take accurate orders.
• Manage billing and payment transactions efficiently.
• Address customer queries and complaints politely.
• Promote and upsell caf products to enhance sales.

3. Cash Handling & Accounts

• Operate the cash counter and process all transactions.
• Tally daily sales, reconcile cash with system records.
• Maintain basic sales/account entries for caf operations.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

4. Caf Operations Support

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across counter and seating areas.
• Assist in stock checks and replenish inventory as required.
• Comply with food safety and caf operating standards.
