Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Navi Mumbai. As a Barista at CocoCart&Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and snacks, maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace, and ensuring an inviting customer experience. Additional responsibilities include working with the team to achieve daily operational goals, engaging with customers to understand their preferences, and ensuring upholding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in coffee preparation, beverage crafting, and barista skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Excellent customer service capabilities with a focus on creating an inviting environment
• Experience and understanding of food preparation and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and ensure attention to detail
• Prior barista or caf experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends in the caf industry
